Welcome to the new website for Stoke Lyne Parish Council.
The purpose is to provide access to the documents and records of the Parish Council, and to provide links into local events and services.
The Parish Council meets 4 times a year, in January, May, July and October.
Meetings are normally held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm in the Parish Meeting Room in St Peters Church.
An agenda is published here approximately a week before the meeting.
Members of the public are invited to attend the meetings. Any member of the parish who wishes to raise an issue should contact the clerk at stokelyne.parishclerk@gmail.com in advance so that it can be added to the agenda.
There is also an Annual Parish Meeting, open to all members of the Parish, to report on the work of the Parish Council,’ and discuss issues of interest. This is normally held immediately following the May meeting of the Parish Council.
